I felt like I am 10 years old again. =x

I WENT TO THE ZOO. Yipeeee

Okay, you guys surely deserve some relaxation after staring at the compuer screen for hours.

The greatest White Tiger. I thought I took a better photo of a kangaroo than this. Never mind.

Who say that a giraffe is the tallest animal in the world?
Don't ask me what are they doing? May be they backs are itchy. May be..

These penguins are so different from those in Madagascar. =p These penguins don't move. Stoned!! Okay. Believe it or not? These are pigs. *oink oink* Yes! OMG! I'll never eat pork anymore.

The whole zoo is full of monkey's family. I swear. Hey, don't get too excited my see your relatives.. But before that, see this first.
Want to PLAY POOL in the zoo? 'Please remove your shoes and socks.' =p Behind he sign board is actually a shallow pool for kids to splas and kick some water.
Okay, here is one.

And here is one big, sexy, red butt =S
Here is more. Told ya the whole zoo is full of monkeys.

This the closer view of what they are doing. Looking for fleas. In their backside. *shake head* Not a pleasant scene for the tourists.

Good news to all Harry Potter's fans!!!!!!
Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince will be out on 16 July 2005
It is the working title of Harry Potter and The Secret Chamber
So you may want to re-read it before the release of the book 6
From the info obtained, the Half blood prince is neither Harry nor Voldermort
the JKRowling.com will reveal 3 chapters
Will find out more abt the circumstance of the birth of Voldermort in book 6. Cool!
But the sad part is that it will be a lil shorter than Order of the Phoenix
Shat! That's v v v v short!!
I am having mixed feelings
Part of me can't wait to read JKR's book 6
yet another half of me wishing that the story of Harry Potter will end so fast. Too fast!
Will JKR continue writting aft book 7?

What is experimental living spaces?

After viewing several critique session, I wonder whether would the majority actually realise they were setting ahead on a very wrong path. Many indeed got the whole term of Experimental living spaces wrong. So what is the meaning of it, and what actually is experimental?
Experimental living is about living experimentally, for its own sake, not for any reason or purpose or any particular style that an architect might have. Experimental living is an end in itself and therefore does not follow pre-conceived ideas, but is open always to experience.
Experimental architecture is then experience more then form. As argued by Sundip,'Do you think you are actually the first to conceive this brand new idea(form) of yours? Are you sure there is no one out there have the same language as yours?

I do agree with him on this point. As we take one step back, experience through spaces are more easily kept and powerful in our minds. Its not the Phenomenal Body that I'm talking about, but its all about the spaces, the 9-grid Primer and what or how we make use of the spaces. We miss our own studio very much isn't it? Is it because its' cosy? Is it because its' nice? Or nice to sleep in for that matter?

No. Its all about the experience. A sense of belonging to a space, a small yet functional community that we set for ourselves. This kind or memories will be with us for a long time I believe.

Ask yourself, would you rather your end user to come back to your structure because of its' looks? Or the experience? Which is more powerful?

'Beauty is only skin deep'

Indeed.

After observing in Diploma in Architecture for more than a year, I've come to conclude that the requirements for Diploma in Architecture should change for sure and for the better...
They should reconsider and take out Eng, Math and Science or Art/D&T as the requirement subjects...
And they should revise and put the following 3 main requirements for the requirements for Diploma in Architecture...

The site that has been given is in between Saiboo Street and Rodyk Street, facing the Singapore River. 100m from Liang Court. 20m from Robertson Quay. 400m from Mohd Sultan.
Will update when new information coming in. Spy reporting out.

  • A little bit of error on the above post.. its about 400m from Liang Court. Ok.. been there, seen it. Its an abandoned warehouse that took up an area of a normal HDB flat... Nothing much... the place is overgrown with decay.. Everything is bolted up.. can't enter at all. Anyway Selly, you are way wrong... its more wulu den punggol... site forces.. looks very strong.. on the paranormal side. Other then that, not much diffenerce from a haunted house 'look-a-like'. Thats all for the night site analysis... will update again.
